First time using the Lite Cast system. The team were great, Duncan was always on hand with answering queries we had with the install and we managed to get it installed quickly and with no mistakes. The install process with having to cover the floor quicker than a B&B can throw you off schedule a little when in the winter months but will be using it again.

I sought 3 quotes for concrete floor beams. Litecast were competitive on price and most importantly they could fit us in for delivery to site when we needed them. Their in house design chap was excellent. He'd clearly considered and thought about our plans and how to lay out the beams in the most efficient way. Excellent communication throughout the process.

Office and design were excellent with good innovations and quick response. Final design and costing were a great solution. Prompt delivery with short lead in time. The only thing that I reduced a star for was that several beams were too long when deliverd and had to be cut. If we were advised of this it would not have been a problem. As it was it led to confusion

Great customer service. Placed an order on Friday, drawings were created by Monday (which then had to be amended) but the block and beam system was delivered by Wednesday! Great turnaround especially when working to timelines, also very competitive on price. Thanks guys.

This company was efficient from start to finish.
Upon sending drawings to them, quote came quickly, even with a drawing to show how the design of our beam and block flooring should be laid (my builder was both impressed and happy with this!). Delivery lead was short and arrived on time too, with the driver remembering to call my builder half an hour beforehand.
All the people in all departments did their jobs exceedingly well, with prompt and polite emails.
We can definitely recommend them. If this review sounds a bit too good - it's because we were very pleased indeed.

We changed to Litecast beams a few years ago, their product is a far better quality. The finish on the beams is fantastic compared to our previous supplier. Their delivery from placement of order is very fast and if there are any issues with the product they are resolved ASAP. We wouldn't go back to our old supplier. First class service with friendly staff if you need assistance

Litecast are ahead of the game as far as I'm concerned regarding block and beam. No other builders I have come across (yet) in the South use the XT System. It is quick to install, very fast turnaround to site and actually works out more cost effective. Not often you can say that. I have used them for the past 5 years and would never install a traditional concrete block and beam floor again. Every Building Inspector who we have introduced to this system has been impressed and recommended to others.

After initial problems with ordering, the GT system is a great product. It's light, easy to fit and innovative in approach, a much needed addition to the beam flooring market. We used the GT15 system and no complaints at all. Our advice, though, is to follow the insulation drawing layout. If you don't use all the little offcuts you'll end up short as the quantity is calculated by computer programme! Bottom line, would we use Litecast and the GT system again? Most certainly. The staff are very approachable and helpful so have no concerns about using a new product, they're there to take you through it and do so with full technical knowledge. A helpful company with a good product.

First time we have opted for Litecast usually going with traditional block&beam. I have to say Darren Helmsley provided a fantastic service considering the very basic drawings we sent him. The lead time and delivery of the kit was spot on, we were short a few rails and these were dispatched same day just on a phone call. I cannot fault the product for ease of installation and time saving. Other builders who know and seen this system say they will go with it over normal B&B.

In short, try it, we did and will certainly use it again.

I made a small order for concrete floor beams and slip bricks for a domestic project. I was pleased with the quality of the beams, and the slip bricks were delivered well packed and dry which was nice. They also offered discount for 'round robin' delivery fitting it in amongst other orders. The downside was the communication: Several delays and misunderstandings with emails back and forth took a lot of time to get right, and they changed delivery arrangements last minute without letting me know.

I can recommend Litecast as an efficient and helpful company. When ordering concrete beam they completed delivery within 6 days. Other companies I tried could only manage it within 3 weeks. I am happy with the product and have installed the block and beam floor within 7 days from the date of my first contact with them.

I approached 6 companies and Litecast were by far the quickest and gave the best Cad floor plan drawing. They are an absolutely outstanding company with efficient customer service. Less than ten days after my first email, the complete batch of over 100 beams was delivered to site. Even the driver was great.

Worked with the team at litecast for over 5 years and I have to commend the great team, efficient service that turns around jobs in next to no time. Brilliant communication and understanding if last minute changes arise. Always on schedule, great advice and understanding of the product and plenty of options available for differing floor structures/efficiency standards. Can not recommend enough! Amazing easy company fo deal with and actually will look at a way to give you their product in a more cost effective way. I have had to deal with another floor supplier before and was frankly left feeling like I should do all the work for no reward. My builder recommended we deal with Litecast. They were initially slow on the uptake, not meeting their own delivery timescale on the first order, but we put this down to pressure of work etc… They were very competitive on price. On the second order there were no problems at all. Delivery was on time and the process seamless. I would use Litecast again on other developments.

Litecast delivered an excellent product and service, with drawing package, tailor made product and with installation guidelines.
On the practical side, far more easy to install due to significantly less weight per member than an off the shelf solution.
Would definitely use again.

These guys revolutionised block and beam. I am not affiliated with the company but the XT system is all we use for all of our domestic extension projects and I recommend them to everyone. Turnaround from drawing to site delivery is quite remarkable given the pandemic and what’s going on in the world at the moment. Once you use them you won’t go back to anything else. Fast, efficient, easy to install and comparatively cheaper. Litecast were a great discovery.
