The dwellings on this Davidson Homes site in picturesque, rural Leicestershire, are installed with Litecast's XT08 beam and EPS solution. Utilising a "fabric first" construction method, the plots, built to ground floor level by DTC Construction, used this progressive system to ensure the low U-value specification was achieved.
