Robust Joist & Tray Tile

The use of robust details provides an alternative to pre-completion testing (PCT) for demonstrating compliance with the performance standards of Part E1 (Protection against sound from other parts of the building and adjoining buildings) for new build dwellings. This eliminates the risk of remedial action after PCT which could lead to site delays and costs.
